A huge thank you to all our occupiers at Maxis and Chineham Park who kindly donated over £700 worth of toys in July to their charity of the year Sebastian’s Action Trust.
Sebastian’s Action Trust is a local charity that focuses on providing emotional, social and practical care for life-limited and life-threatened children and their families.
Each year the charity hosts Christmas in July. This special ‘second Christmas’ is hosted every year for the terminally ill young people they support, who sadly won’t see Christmas. Last year’s event was held on Zoom, but with lockdown restrictions lifted this summer, the charity was able to host the event in person.
The occupiers at Maxis and Chineham Park gave generously, to ensure that the children could have an extra special time this July, celebrating with loved ones. The Christmas gifts includes art and craft kits, Lego and Slime sets ensuring that lots of children and their families were able to create magical memories.
